Don't worry this is not a Death Threat! or Hate message......Dutch designer Yvette Yang has created a typeface by combining images from fashion magazines. Yvette updates her Fashion font twice a year for each new fashion season. Yvette collected images from fashion collection books and magazines, and did collage work. She's done a fab job.

Sewing mends the soul

Crochet knitwear, evokes a grandmother knitting away with love and care, and sadly creating some frumpy shaped sweater, and even now I'm still not the greatest fan of crochet and any itchy shapeless knitwear but these gem pieces of knitwear created by Swedish designer Sandra Backlund are acapulco gold. This collection is called Pool Position and there's plenty more from her recent collections. These are meticulously hand made with dexterity and ingenuity.
