London Fashion Week AW13 : Details Part 1

London Fashion Week seemed like so looong ago, not helped by my tardiness, of creating Fashion Week posts. Enthusiasm for it can die down a tad quicker once it's over,with having access to live shows and social media at our fingertips. So hence I thought I'll focus on some of the bells and whistles on the runway. It's a good job Autumn + Winter is so long away. Here's part one for now.
 

Medley of accessories that caught my eye

○ Burberry Prorsum

A whole safari of animal prints and mixed media trenches, I beseech the opaque translucent rubber accents.

○ Louise Gray

The aptly named collection 'Hey Crazy', this was fearles statement recycling, the looks scream fun and quirky. One girl’s rubbish is another girl’s treasure.

Khaki colour knit body suit Louise Goldin, delicate layers of slit unique dress Iris Van Herpen, Peter studs knit warmers Nina Peters. 

There were too many snaps to choose from this funkdafied editorial, the tail headdress is my favourite aspect throughout this editorial. Everyone dislikes war, except arm dealers! nevertheless this warrior armour is dazzlingly resistant.

Hasan Hejazi has a tasty purple autumn winter collection as can be seen in the long purple fur dress, perfect for the current season. The gold brooches crowns the ensemble.

Shoes ♥ Sparring ♥ Gowns

DUNJA SESELJA

I didn't expect to find these teeming shoes, whilst mooching around on deviant-art, these engaging shoes were created by Dunja Seselja whom Is currently accomplishing her PhD in Philosophy of Science at Ghent University in Belgium, it seems Owl Shoes, Flash Shoes and Silver Helmet Shoes are not her only forte in life and in addition these shoes are cruelty-free vegan footwear.

The play on masculine versus feminine, and of course sexiness, definitely shines through in this boxing inspired editorial, along with Brazilian model Alessandra Ambrosio, adorning a glorious white gown.

Unlikely style idols- male groups of Korea. The boys above are called Beast, armed with passion for fashion wearing a mix of Burberry Prorsum, GIL Homme, D&G. East Asia is always appealing when it comes to mixing it up concocting up styles, many of the group of singers in Korea, male and female are always well dressed they are more free minded about the colours and shapes of clothes and creating eye candy and amazing visuals is a huge part of the business and appeal in Korea, and I think they do a great job with the styling. Many of the female and male groups are used in major fashion editorials in East Asia and become one of the most sought after artists for endorsements.
